Hall of Fame

Scott Rendel became a legendary teacher, coach and counselor through his 30+ years in the Jennings School District.  Arriving in 1981, Rendel became an assistant basketball coach under Hal Moore as well as the head baseball coach.   Rendel’s love for the the students at Jennings was and is immeasurable as you can see the daily passion he took in his job daily.  The Indiana State product put baseball on the map in Jennings and Coach Rendel is also known for inspiring the professional baseball career path of his former student athlete and now friend, Arthur Frazier.  Coach Rendel met his wife, teacher Amy (McGowan) at the senior high and they now live in Bowling Green Missouri.  (More info to come).
