Hall of Fame

Barbara Henderson joined the Jennings School District staff in 1986 and has been rollin with the district ever since.  Mrs. Henderson has served the district in several ways, but she would say being a positive role model for the children would be the biggest role.  Mrs. Henderson has also worked with the high school front office, middle school band, and high school choir and ISS.   Mrs. Henderson has so many fond memories while at Jennings, with one being a chaperone at the student council lock in and even picking up the name of “Mrs. Hater” by the class of 2000 (ha ha)…..that just means she was doing her job.  One of Mrs. Henderson’s biggest pleasures is seeing student later in life where so many have said “Thank you for caring about me”.   Mrs. Henderson’s sons, Leon and Marcus, both attended the school district as well.
